Frequently Asked Questions
Am I required to wear a mask?
In keeping with provincial guidelines, masks are mandatory except for medical reasons.
Will there be any programming provided for my children?
Yes! During the 9am service we will be providing activities packs. At the 11am service Hillside Kids is available for 10 children ages 5-12 years old. Please register before hand so we can set up to provide a safe and fun environment for your kids!
Can I bring snacks for my children?
Absolutely! Please make sure snacks are prepackaged or in a disposable bag (and won’t make a lot of noise).
When should I arrive to the on-site service?
We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes early to hear any updates and be ready for the service.
Can I talk with others who are attending before or after the on-site service?
Yes! Please maintain social distancing as recommended by the provincial government (2metres; 6 feet apart) and make sure that others are comfortable chatting with you (we are all at different stages of comfort during COVID-19). You are also welcomed to chat in the parking lot.
What is Hillside doing to keep people safe?
Your safety is important to us! Our building is set up to accommodate and encouragesocial distancing. Hand sanitizer is placed throughout the building, masks are available, and we are making everything as touchless as possible.
